In Pulsar the inter stimulus interval and the randomization of the interval can be set. The time set for the randomization is added to the inter stimulus interval. The total time between two subsequent stimuli is the sum of the duration of the tone, the ISI and the randomization time. For a click the duration is 0.1ms and can be neglected for the calculation of the time between stimuli.
